It appears that the motive behind Kim Kardashian's Old Navy lawsuit has nothing to do with the fact that her lookalike, Melissa Molinaro, may or may not be dating Reggie Bush. On the contrary: It's her contract with Sears. TMZ says: "The company feels the ad creates confusion in the marketplace and that happens to be exactly what Kim needs to prove to win her suit." And we agree—the ad is confusing. But for different reasons, including but not limited to the dancing manicurists and the dog who rips her jeans off. [TMZ]
