Wearing a Chanel couture suit straight off the runway, Vogue's Editor-in-Chief Anna Wintour received the Legion d'Honneur from French President Nicholas Sarkozy. It's the French equivalent of a knighthood—the editor also holds an Order of the British Empire (OBE).
