Meanwhile, over in copyright-land, the folks at Botkier are busy rustling up a C&D to send to the Kardashian Kollection at Sears. Turns out that one of the handbags in the kollection is a total dead-ringer for Botkier's "Clyde" satchel. Fashionista reports: "Botkier will also be seeking the support of the CFDA who recently launched the You Can’t Fake Fashion Campaign against design piracy.
