Japan, the country that specializes in taking trends to the nth degree—see: nail art, hairstyling, platform shoes, tanning, and fried foods (tempura)—has a new fashion accessory on its radar. Japan Trends reports: "Of course, Japan has taken the fad and added its own twist, offering personal designs and outfit combinations, rather than just going for the sparkles.
