Vanity Fair's 2011 Best-Dressed List: Kate Middleton & Carla Bruni

Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to Vox.com, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.

Included in the new issue of Vanity Fair is the magazine's annual International Best Dressed List. Don't have a subscription to Vanity Fair? Check out the sneak peek of this year's list on the magazine's website.

Among this year's top women are Carla Bruni-Sarkozy, right, the First Lady of France; Duchess of Cambridge Kate Middleton; Sheikha Moza Bint Nasser of Qatar; actress Carey Mulligan, Jane Lauder Warsh, granddaughter of Estee Lauder and President of Origins and Ojon; and newly-minted Princess Charlene of Monaco, former Olympic swimmer.

On the guys' list? Actor Colin Firth; actor/singer/renaissance man Justin Timberlake; Formula 1 driver Jenson Button; financier Arpad Busson; and Stavros Niarchos, shipping heir—is this the guy who spent the better part of the early-2000s cavorting around LA with Paris Hilton? Or are they talking about his dad? Guess we'll see when our VF arrives in the mail. Can't wait!
