Conservative Republican maybe-Presidential-candidate person Sarah Palin is no stranger to reality television, and though her own series was not renewed for a second season, it looks like the Palin brand is powerful enough to generate at least one docu-soap spin-off. The Beehive, Palin's Wasilla, Alaska, hometown salon, has just inked a deal with TLC for a reality television series called Big Hair Alaska. According to a release distributed last week, the series "goes inside a busy hair salon in Wasilla, Alaska, where the personalities of the owner and her staff are as big as the hairstyles they create." We're wondering whether the former Republican vice presidential candidate will be making any cameos—especially when campaign season rolls around.
