As Jill Stuart's Spring 2012 show was seating this afternoon, it seemed that for a brief second the loud and already celebrity-packed room went still. On came The Beatles' 1960's anthem "Come Together" and as the opening chords played, around the corner came a clash of photographers and burst of blinding light. Who could it be? We needed not wait for the crowd to part, the celebrity in question was none other than 6'9" New Jersey Nets forward, Kris Humphries.

Our first thoughts were—Mr. Kim Kardashian is interested in fashion?—followed quickly by hopes that he didn't take the still empty seats in front of us (which thankfully ended up going to a less tall team—Teen Vogue).

Jill Stuart's Spring 2012 Collection brought the heat, with models strutting down the runway to The Ramones' "Blitzkrieg Bop" wearing saturated hues, rich textures and plenty of sheer and hot pants. With sparrow and palm prints (clearly the fall's silk matching-print bottom and top trend is going to ride out through next year's warm weather) and some analogous and complimentary color combinations that had starlet Emma Roberts swooning and snapping with her iPhone, the show almost made us want to forget fashion week and head for Miami. Conveniently, the chatter as we exited the show frequented the words "Miami Vice."—Payton Wang
