It was like time travel when we stepped into the Danese Gallery for Barbara Tfank's spring presentation. This season's inspiration was film and fashion icon, Elizabeth Taylor (last season was Justin Bieber's famous bowl-cut). Signature hair-cut wigs, Warhol print inspired make up, and even some Bulgari jewelry completed the aura and channeled Taylor's many moods and styles.

As lounge music played and fellow guests mingled, the models coyly stood displaying the garments against white walls, laughing and spinning as photographers approached. Hit songs by soul singer and Tfank fan, Adele occasionally hit the rotation and completed the entire mood.—Payton Wang
