Apparently, more than one designer in the world has created the "Puff Ball" dress Nicki Minaj wore when she awkwardly sat next to Anna Wintour at the Carolina Herrera show. Jessica Rogers of SomedayNewYorker says she's been doing the puffs for three years now, and that Minaj's styilsts had contacted her in the past requesting to see some of her work. Though they didn't respond after she sent over a second round of images, they seem to have liked the dress enough to reproduce it. [Coco Perez]
