eBay Launches an Online Fashion Outlet

Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.

In an effort to be more than it already is (which right now, is home to a gagillion Missoni-priced Missoni x Target items), eBay has added a Fashion Outlet to its website. Just some of the designers stocked at the discounted prices include BCBG Max Azria, Last Call by Neiman Marcus, Nanette Lepore, Nicole Miller, and Rebecca Taylor, and there's accessory offerings from Botkier, Lauren Merkin, Matt & Nat and more.

The outlet is yet another destination for fashion on eBay, alongside the company's Fashion Vault and their Designer Exclusives, items by the likes of Narciso Rodriguez, Derek Lam and Alexander Wang, all at manageable price points. The only bad news: Internationals are currently snubbed, as shipping only extends to U.S. addresses. But here's the really good news: This is a "buy it now" kinda thing, so there's no pesky bidding—instead, eBay tells you how many quantities are in stock for a given item. Meaning, there's more time to shop, and no need to battle it out in a bidding war.
