Last night, designer Isabel Toledo staged her first runway show in more than a decade, but she didn't make her comeback at Paris fashion week—or New York, Milan, London, or any of the other major fashion weeks happening this month. No, Toledo chose to show her spring 2012 collection on a runway in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Yup. Alongside her new collection, she also previewed the Isabel Toledo for Payless collection—nine pairs of shoes and two handbags that will arrive in stores next March.

"In this collection, I explored different heel heights for different moods," Toledo said in a statement. "Shoes have never been more expressive. And the big news of the season is big splashes of delicious sunset colors—color on your feet is the newest way to update your spring wardrobe." We'll bring you photos of the shoes as they're released. Check out this chartreuse Mary Jane contraption, above.
