Christian Louboutin opened up his first men's store—ever—in Paris this August, and so far, has been busy selling about 25 pairs of shoes a day. Particularly, the fancy ones. He tells WWD that the men "come in and they say, 'What do you have with studs?" Other top sellers so far include high-top sneakers (with studs) for $993, or the even-fancier ones that are pavéd in crystals for $2,278.
Planning a trip to Paris? Planning to buy men's shoes and then tattoo them? Louboutin has a special room for that—called the "Tattoo" room, naturally—and the service is coming soon. WWD says, "Here, Louboutin plans a made-to-order service offering men the chance to have their emblematic tattoos—which he describes as a modern-day version of family crests—embroidered onto shoes, a service which will take about three months."
