To celebrate the upcoming 2012 Olympic Summer Games, Adidas Originals and Opening Ceremony have teamed up to create a multi-season 100-piece capsule collection that will include footwear and clothing. Beginning in July, items from the women's and men's collection will be available at all Opening Ceremony stores, as well as selected Adidas locations. WWD adds that the line will include "elements of swim and cycling with a Nineties streetwear attitude."
The footwear will range from $140 to $235, and the clothing will begin at $100 and cap off at $600. Sure, this is all good news, but what we're really hoping for is a chance to shop it at another Opening Ceremony Olympics Extravaganza like the one that took place in New York in 2008, when the store stayed open through an entire weekend.
