California brand !ITEM is headed east to show New York how the West Coast does denim, Racked LA reports. They'll be dressing the waitstaff at Manhattan eatery Cafeteria in their signature dark-wash jeans, and our sister site has gotten a hold of the Marko Kalfa-shot lookbook, which demonstrates just how hot these waiters and waitresses are going to look in their new uniforms. Of course, in New York half of the waiters and waitresses are actually models, so the photos are probably pretty on-target. [Racked LA]
