We're staffing up our Racked National editorial team and looking for a few brilliant interns, writers, and market editors to join us as we march boldly into 2012. A passion for all things shopping, style, and online media are pre-requisites, natch. A strong bowling history is also preferable, as we are in the market for a Racked ringer. •SPRING INTERNS—We're looking for interns with journalism and fashion in their blood to help us out from approximately mid-January through May. Day-to-day responsibilities will include administrative tasks—such as photo research, transcribing interviews, creating galleries, assisting with clerical and office work, and lots of internet trolling on fashion related topics. This is a non-paying gig, but there is potential for bylines and, of course, glory.

•FREELANCE MARKET EDITOR—We're looking for someone who knows the women's apparel and accessories market inside and out, with an especially strong grasp of e-commerce and equally killer writing skills. This is a freelance position that will require researching and writing 7 to 10 posts per week, with potential to expand.

•ASSISTANT EDITOR—Basic responsibilities including supporting the site editor, writing news posts and features, and supporting Racked's social media platforms. There's some flexibility in how we structure this position, but it will likely start as freelance with the possibility to expand.
