13-year-old Talia Castellano has leukemia. But she also has a dream of being a professional makeup artist. So she created a YouTube channel where she did makeup tutorials. The page became a huge hit, racking up almost 250,000 subscribers.

The success of her YouTube channel got Talia an invite to appear on Ellen, where the host named Talia an honorary CoverGirl model. (Ellen is a spokeswoman for the brand, which is how she got the hookup.) CoverGirl released this gorgeous ad featuring Talia yesterday.
