The intro to Pippa Middleton's new party planning book "Celebrate: A Year of British Festivities for Families and Friends" was published in The Daily Mail's Sunday excerpt You and from the sound of it, the book is going to be one-part "practical journey into British-themed occasions," one-part memoir. She opens with, "It's a bit startling to achieve global recognition (if that's the right word) before the age of 30, on account of your sister, your brother-in-law and your bottom." A "bit startling" indeed. The book is slated for release on Thursday. [WWD]
