NBC's "Rock Center with Brian Williams" correspondent Harry Smith has addressed the absence of any discussion of Chris Burch's lawsuit against Tory Burch in his "There's Something About Tory" segment. First, the piece was 10 months in the making before it aired last week and wrapped this August (the lawsuit was filed in early October). Smith also noted that he had hoped to develop that angle further but when the show "went back to both of them for a comment, neither of them wanted to touch it." [WWD]
