Cynthia Rowley is looking to get the party started by Spring 2013 and proves it with a color, confetti, and Prosecco heavy presentation film. Per the video's press release:
Celebration is the theme for spring, with confetti prints, foiledWhoa, whoa, whoa. Bracelet flasks? Nice try at the casual mention, Press Release, but you can't just slip something so genius in the same sentence as "nude eyewear." Think of the uses for them! Boring and oddly dry holiday dinners, expensive bars, long days at the office, movie theaters, etc. etc. This idea is so revolutionary it just might be dangerous.

her accessories, Rowley invented bangles that double as flasks and designed printed "I love you scarves," shiny brocade hats, nude
eyewear with chains and stingray sandals.
