Buy the Bag That Inspired Carrie Bradshaw's Fake Fashion PSA at Fendi's Online Pop-Up Shop

Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to Vox.com, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.

The Fendi Baguette, the handbag that arguably launched the It-Bag frenzy (thanks, in part, to that episode of Sex in the City where Carrie's purple sequined one gets mugged), now has a pop-up unto itself on the Fendi website. Not only are there 63 styles available, but you can also find some reissued classics, vintage, and limited editions. If swinging a whole bag isn't an option, but you still want in on the baguette renaissance that's been going down all summer, there are other options: The 11cm-by-4cm brass key chain for mere $370, for example, or you could shell out another $165 and get yourself a t-shirt (yes, t-shirt) that's embroidered with a "Happy Birthday" design by the brand's ready-to-wear designer, one Karl Lagerfeld.

And if those are still a little out of your range and you're thinking about a less legal but much more affordable fake option, watch the SATC clip after the jump. It's practically a PSA against buying fake baguettes and, instead, saving money up to carry a bag named after a bread loaf under your arm.
