Following in the footsteps of fast-fashion competitor Uniqlo, Canadian brand Joe Fresh has confirmed it will be launching e-commerce this spring via JCPenney's website, reports Business of Fashion. That's very good news for anyone who likes $19 sweaters but doesn't live in the greater New York area, since all six of America's Joe Fresh stores are located in the vicinity of Manhattan.
The brand had previously announced a shop-in-shop partnership with JCPenney in about 700 of the retailer's stores. At the time, Creative Director Joseph Mimran told WWD, "For [Joe Fresh], it looked like a great opportunity to get a very large footprint in the U.S. very quickly and to do it with someone who is visionary."
