Creator of blog and book Advanced Style, Ari Seth Cohen interviewed the imitable Iris Apfel about her usual themes of age and style. She offered her typical gumption and the maxims we live her for, including "Be yourself, the fashion police aren't going to come take you away," and the obvious "I like to be maximo." But there's plenty of things in her life that are unexpected. Like the stuffed animals who live in Palm Beach (because the climates better) that steal from her jewelry box and her drug of choice (It's cavier, straight up).
