According to the rumor mill, a royal snub went down over the weekend, America vs. British style. Kim Kardashian apparently sent Kate Middleton samples from the reality princess's first UK collection at Dorothy Perkins. Buckingham Palace sent them back, citing the family's policy that they don't accept gifts from anyone they don't know personally.
