The first casualty of the Kate Middleton topless photos fallout is the Dublin-based Daily Star editor, Michael O'Kane, who reissued the pictures after France's Closer first published them. O'Kane decided to resign from his post in response from PO'd shareholders who threatened to shut the whole paper down thanks to his decision. That's one editor down, but the skeeziest of the skeeze in the whole debacle has not yet been brought to justice. (And no, we're not talking about that St. Andrews graduate who's responsible for KMid's adult baby outfit). [BBC News, via The Cut]
