Nails, Nails, Nails: Peter Som, Prabal Gurung, and Betsey Johnson All Doing Collabs

Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to Vox.com, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.

In this very special NYFW edition of Beauty Break, it's all about the nails.

NAILS—Though Prabal Gurung's collab with Sally Hansen won't be available until October, he gave a sneak peek backstage at his show this week. So far there's a black, a white, a gold, and a gorgeous peacock blue (photo at right). [@allure_magazine]

NAILS—Peter Som partnered with Zoya for a limited-edition range of three polishes (photo at left). The colors were named for and inspired by three of the designer's muses: Audrey (pale pink), Evvie (hunter green), and Katherine (sheer purple gloss). [Beauty High]

NAILS—Following their hit collabs with Katy Perry and Nicki Minaj, the next OPI star will be designer Betsey Johnson. The six-polish collaboration includes It's My Pink, a classic Betsey hot pink shade that is scented with her new Too Too perfume. The line will be released next month. [WWD]
