For fall 2012, Thakoon Panichgul explained that one of his inspirations was the Red Light District, or more specifically, artists Ed and Nancy Kienholz's installation The Hoerengracht, which was inspired by Amsterdam's notorious De Wallen neighborhood. To reach that end, the collection featured a lot of reds and pinks in silks and satins, shifts with slits, and leather. Also: knee-high boots. Peek through the gallery above for 12 looks from the collection.
