This week, we take you to the New York headquarters of alice + olivia, one of our go-to brands for fun party dresses, bright separates, and more. With a bevy of great pieces to choose from, it's no surprise that the staff, helmed by designer Stacey Bendet, knows how to wear a look that's office-appropriate but still showcases some major personality.

Stacey Bendet, Founder and Designer: My style is not very definable—I like to mix match, layer, dress in themes? To me, it's artistic expression, and each outfit is just a little glimpse into my head that day!

Stacey is wearing the Sydney jacket, the Declan skirt, the Leather Wide belt, and the Gizelle pumps, all by alice + olivia.

Style advice: Make every Friday dress up day! With a theme!

Alanna Linder, Public Relations/Events Assistant: My style is?cat lady chic.

Alanna is wearing an alice + olivia Cullen dress and Delilah wedges, a Dannijo necklace, a Michael Kors watch, a Club Monaco bracelet, and a House of Harlow ring.

Style advice: A fashionable hair style can make any outfit look more put together! Pair a sleek do with simple studs, a statement necklace and a handful of rings, and a simple outfit can become a dramatic statement. And always remember to do a closet cleanse once every few months and donate or sell the clothes you haven't worn in a while—you'll find all sorts of magical things you forgot you had!

Mercedes Mimran, Marketing Editor: My style is usually black on black on black?with a twist—either a statement necklace or coat.

Mercedes is wearing a jersey tie waist wrap skirt, a cropped tee, and a fur knit bolero, all alice + olivia.

Style advice: My advice is to wear things because you love them, not because they're trendy.

Colleen Rochette, Visual Coordinator: Honestly, it depends on the season! During the colder weather I love to wear a lot of black, paired with poppy floral prints, bright hues or a wildly embellished garment. Oh, and the perfect red lipstick is always on the roster!

Colleen is wearing an alice + olivia Cynthia bustier skirt dress and the Java wedge boots, opal jewelry, and a vintage belt.

Style advice: Confidence completes any ensemble!
