Mr. T Sells Old Navy Tees With Anna Faris

Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to Vox.com, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.

Quick! How many infomercial puns can you come up with the word "tee?" Old Navy's zany new commercial for it's "Best-Tees" collection includes at least four: Mr. T selling tees in his "T(ee) machine" as seen on "TeeV;" "Besties" wearing Old Navy's "Best-Tees;" and "Drama-Tee-Zations" complete with Anna Faris being a self-described "real dillweed" (no idea what that means, but we like it). All this and more in a two-minute effort to revamp the iconic product with a softer, better-fitting image.

You can check out a few new fits, colors, and styles in the gallery above, but to see if the fabric is really softer than a puppy you'll have to follow Mr. T's instructions: "Go to an Old Navy Store. Right now."
