Lana Del Rey And The White One-Piece Mystery

Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to Vox.com, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.

Lana Del Rey might be in pool-side peril in her new "Blue Jeans" video, but at least she looks great going under in a one-piece vintage swimsuit. There's no word yet on who makes the halter suit with a small cut-out below the chest, but it contrasts nicely with all the alligators (yes, alligators) and tattooed dreamboat who tries to save her between cigarette breaks. The video features a lot of slow-mo walking and black and white instead of the quick cuts between random grainy clips you'll remember from "Video Games." Close-ups of Del Rey pouting, however, are forever.
