The famously soft-spoken Kate Middleton delivered her first public address today at the ribbon cutting of the Treehouse Children's Hospice in Ipswich, England. The blue Reiss dress she wore for the occasion is the same one her mother wore in 2010, which is all kinds of sweet. And though Kate was predictably poised and gracious throught the speech, she also seemed just a tad bit nervous, making the whole thing that much more endearing and adorable.
