Elle magazine is launching it's 44th iteration in South Korea this April, and Lady Gaga will be gracing the debut cover. Interestingly, Media News Line reports that ELLEgirl, which shuttered it's US print edition in 2006, will also be debuting in South Korea in April, though no word yet on who's covering that edition. “We are very pleased to be adding another edition of ELLE to the Hearst network,” said Duncan Edwards, president and CEO of Hearst Magazines International.
