MAKEUP—The Body Shop has just signed model/actress Lily Cole as their first ever "Global Brand Ambassador." In addition to modeling for the brand, Cole is collaborating on a line of cruelty-free makeup that will bear her name. "I think they're such an aspirational business, and an aspirational model to other businesses, to show that you can have a really positive attitude to the people, planet and animals, and that you can also be really successful," said Cole, who evidently really loves commas. An added bonus: this will probably help people stop confusing her with Lily Collins. [WWD]
NAILS—So much for movie-themed nail polish collabs being a trend of the past. While OPI is busy with their Spider-Man collection, Orly is producing a line of lacquers inspired by the new Johnny Depp/Tim Burton movie Dark Shadows. The four not-actually-all-black colors are named Mysterious Curse, Buried Alive, Decades of Dysfunction, and Grave Mistake. They're launching in May along with the movie, but starting on April 1, you can like Orly on Facebook and enter to win a private screening of Dark Shadows with fifty of your closest besties. [Allure]
