Today in lawsuits, a Florida woman is taking Vibram FiveFingers to the courts for what she says are "misleading claims about the health benefits of barefoot running in their shoes," WWD reports. Apparently she takes issue with the company's claim that the shoes provide all the benefits of barefoot running, and has gathered forces with "thousands" of other customers to file a class-action suit.

Shailene Woodley, who famously wore FiveFingers to a Golden Globes afterparty, is not a part of the suit. But if ever FiveFingers ever gets called out for tricking beautiful people into wearing seriously ugly shoes, someone better let her know.
