MAKEUP—Tom Ford's limited edition spring beauty line is all about the metallics. The goods include nail polish (with names like Burnt Topaz and Silver Smoke), cream eyeshadows, and a gold lip lacquer. NAILS—Forget about crackle polish. The next big thing for nails is "kaleidoscope polish," and British nail brand Models Own is selling five of them.
