British Elle has stopped all the teasing and announced that their first-ever male cover boy will be none other than David Beckham. It's not exactly shocking that the magazine picked the preternaturally good-looking soccer star for the gig—he is, after all, an underwear model in his spare time, plus wife Victoria Beckham's pull in the fashion world pretty much made him a shoe in anyway. But we were kind of hoping Mark Zuckerberg would pull this one out. Sigh. Jocks beat nerds once again.
