Comedy writer Bonnie Datt once bought a chainmail vest "for clubbing"—a purchase she later came to lament, once she realized that chainmail wasn't particularly slimming. Inspired by this, she now spends her spare time asking famous people to dish about purchases which they initially loved—but ended up regretting, for Buyer's Remorse.

Thanks to repeatedly taking chances and creating unusual designs, jewelry designer and sculptor Brian Burkhardt became the winner of the first season of Lifetime's Project Accessory. Nowhere is his risk taking more evident than in his resulting prize—a capsule collection based on unicorn horns which he designed for Kenneth Cole. More of his unique creations can be purchased from the jewelry company Triian, which he runs with his wife, fellow sculptor Trisha Brookbank. Since he creates such unique designs, we had to wonder what kind of item might have given him Buyer's Remorse.
Racked: Can you tell us about something you've had Buyer's Remorse about.
Brian Burkhardt: I bought a pair of parachute pants.
Racked: Recently or a long time ago?
Brian Burkhardt: I'm going to say it was a long time ago, because I couldn't admit it if was recently. And nobody my height needs to wear parachute pants.
Racked: What color?
Brian Burkhardt: They were like this ridiculous green color.
Racked: Did you ever wear them?
Brian Burkhardt: I did—at home.
