Mischa Barton Opens A Store In Dubai. That's Right. Dubai

Mischa Barton is at it again. Not the OC Part Two: Marissa comes back from the dead and totally isn't a lesbian anymore. No, she's debuting apparel collections and opening stores for said collections. But it's not going to be easy for you to get your hands on the goods: Her contemporary line has debuted at a mall in Dubai.

As we noted before this isn't Barton's first rodeo when it comes to designing—there was the ill-fated headband collection of 2008, followed by a handbags some years later, not to mention the confusing Mischa's Place website that launched in March, where you can find everything from Mischa-branded body scrubs to something something called the "Annie Ragamuffin Dress." But according to WWD, this new collection has been produced from the ground up, and it only makes sense to share it first with the country that can best appreciate it.

According to Barton, Dubai is where the market is. Despite the fact that her handbag collection was not available there, Dubai residents "really made a great effort to get the bags." Let's hope they're also into what WWD describes as "retro-bohemian style the actress made famous" circa 2004.

And Barton isn't stopping in the Middle East. She's already planned a store opening in the Spitalfields area of London next month, which will be chock full of her clothing, accessories, and branded cosmetics. The US will have to wait until the collections hit various boutiques of undisclosed locations later this summer, however.
