Just in time for the onslaught of summer weddings, cocktail parties, and other events you can’t wear cut-off shorts to, the newest offerings from ASOS Salon has landed. Salon, the British e-tailer’s capsule collection of special occasion dresses, is currently serving up super-feminine, pastel confections in lace, floral applique, and floaty-light chiffon materials priced from $78.28 to $260.93. Don't think too sweet, though: Swingy short hemlines, curve clinging sheath shapes, and shots of neon keep these dresses (and its wearer) safe from any comparisons to frothy looking cupcakes and macarons.—Julie Chen
