Maria Romero: Dulce de Reliquias on

Along with a handful of other fashion heavyweights, Alexander McQueen designer Sarah Burton attended the senior presentations of San Francisco Academy of Art University recently. There, in lieu of a traditional runway show, she saw this video by student Maria Romero. It's called Dulce de Reliquias, and showcases her graduate fashion collection on handmade dolls in a stop-motion short. By the time the graduate ceremony was over, Burton, had offered Romero an internship.
