Elle UK has unveiled an open call for editors, stylists, writers, photographers, art directors, beauty experts, and designers to take over all points of production for their October 2012 issue. The one caveat? Applicants have to be interns. The editors at the Hearst-published mag are trying to show appreciation for the bottom wrung of the publishing food chain, and want to help rising fashion and media stars get a foot in the door. However, given the dicey climate around Hearst internships at the moment, they have taken the time to star and bold the following disclaimer: "ELLE pays our interns. Always. [Elle UK]
