Fashion Star Episode 9: Shop All Tonight's Winning Looks Right Here

Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to Vox.com, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.

Fashion Star aired two hours early tonight, and the upside to that is that no one seems to really have known about it and thus far, all items are still in stock. We predict that won't last long, however, as tonight's haul has a lot of appeal.

First up, H&M, who produced five items: Ronnie Escalante's adorable drop-waist shift, which is retailing right now for $39.95 (and reminds us quite a bit of the collection Jason Wu did for Target). H&M also picked up their first piece from Kara Laricks, a racer-back tank blouse with an oversided collar and bow in a scarlet, navy and white geometric print. Orly Shani's fitted blazer with lace cut-out in the back was produced in two versions: ivory with white lace and chartreuse with black lace, and both are going to $39.95. Her wide-leg trousers are also up for grabs for $24.95.

Macy's was also feeling Kara Laricks tonight. They picked up her trench coat and produced it in scarlet with floral lining and a two-tone tan version (also with the floral lining). It's retailing for $99. Ronnie Escalante also had a double whammy with Macy's, and you can now get his ivory suit for $208.

Finally, Saks gave Nikki Poulous a nod and picked up her one-sleeved striped mini dress. It can be yours for $295. And Orly Shani scored once again with the luxury department store, and they produced her color blocked sheath with side panels (it reminds us a bit of that super-slimming Stella McCartney number Kate Winslet wore not so long ago). While Stella's dress was $1,600, however, Orly's is yours for $295.

And that's it! Stay tuned tomorrow for our full recap, and check the gallery above for photos and shopping links.
