Congratulations to proud mama Alessandra Ambrosio, who gave birth to a baby boy yesterday. Vogue UK reports that the Victoria's Secret model, who was one of several secretly pregnant angels to walk in the annual VS runway spectacular back in November, was in the Brazilian city of Florianopolis for a baby shower when it all went down.

Ambrosio has been posing up a storm while pregnant, and she did manage to get a few final belly shots in before the delivery. For the record, we were enjoying those way more than we're going to enjoy the inevitable post-baby body comments.
