Enjoy this anecdote from Donatella Versace's talk last at Oxford University on Wednesday night: Once upon a time, Elizabeth Taylor was checking out Versace’s ring, and asked to try it on. Not even Versace says no to Elizabeth Taylor, but in lieu of getting the ring back, she received a thank you from the actress, which read, “Hey darling, the ring is so beautiful. Thank you so much!” Elizabeth Taylor stole Versace's ring and all she got was this lousy thank you note. [WWD]
