If there was any question that weddings are hookup central, re-watch the first ten minutes of Wedding Crashers. Open bars, romance in the air, and the fact that you look amaaazing all come together to create a night of free-flowing fun. And since yesterday we brought you thirteen fantastic clutch options to whisk away with you to a wedding, today we bring you five items to pack 'em with in the event that you get whisked away to an undisclosed location for some adult fun. And since you can't fit a whole casual Sunday outfit in your clutch, here are five compact necessities that pack the most post-wedding punch.
1. Hanky Panky/Spanx Combo: The likelihood that'll you'll sport Spanx under your formal dress is pretty high, since everybody's doing it, so having an emergency pair of sexy little things in your arsenal never hurts. What you do with the Spanx post-wedding is entirely up to your discretion.
2. Proper Attire Condoms: Being prepared with a condom is a "duh" move, but it doesn't have to be a boring one. Enter condoms by Proper Attire, the maker of chic, designer-made protection. We're partial to the bright Mara Hoffman designs and the trippy Yigal Azrouël's, but maybe your date would prefer the sweet gingham by Isaac Mizrahi or Jeremy Scott's animal prints. There are so many options!
3. Fresh Sugar Roll-on Deodorant: Fresh says this antiperspirant "utilizes real sugar to inhibit odor-causing bacteria and deliver unsurpassed dryness with a delicious scent all day." We say it's a lifesaver and you're going to need all the "delicious scents" you can get after a long night.
4. Nivea Hydrating Lip Care: In the event that you're hungover, you're going to need this moister rich lip balm. The compact stick is also useful both before and after your night, plus it comes in an array of smooth colors to go with any outfit, day or night. Or, you know, morning.
5. Sunglasses: This one might be a stretch, but if your clutch can swing it, please pack these. After a night of an open bar and all night long dancing, as well as other things that may or may not have kept you up, either the Classic Ray-Ban Wayfarers or the Clubmasters are a couple compact choices that will up the chic factor during your walk of shame (granted you really have no where to go but up when in formalwear at 8 am).
