Tory Burch would like to continue do what she does best—outfit the country club set—but expand from the clubhouse around dinnertime to the tennis courts and golf courses beforehand. She tells WWD that while “there’s nothing in the works," she "would love to do a Sport concept" and that that would include running, yoga, tennis, and golf components. Naturally. The way she's envisioning it right now, the additional sporty spice in her lineup would reside in a free-standing store.

If it all plays out, the emphasis on athleticwear would come on the heels of other expansions, from China to Brazil, as well as forays into fragrance (an eponymous perfume is being released with Estée Lauder in fall 2013). The long and short of it is, the world is about to get a whole lot more Tory.
