French designer Sophie Theallet and The Limited will ring in this year's holiday season with a collaboration. WWD notes that Theallet has had experience designing on both sides of the price-point divide, collaborating with Gap and Nine West as part of the CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund she won in 2009, as well as working with haute designers Azzedine Alaïa and Jean Paul Gaultier before starting her own line. The Limited has seen a high-end collab in its day, too, having partnered with brands like Kenzo and Sonia Rykiel way back in the '80s. Theallet says she's looking forward to bringing "the luxurious nonchalance of [her] aesthetic" to The Limited, and you will be able to find it there and online at thelimited.com starting November.
