Hey, not sure if you heard, but there was some kind of royal celebration in London over the weekend. The big fashion story was that Kate Middleton wore a dress previously seen on none other than Kim Kardashian, but the big beauty story was that her eyebrows were looking killer. Although Kate hasn't copped to using any particular brow treatments or makeup, that hasn't stopped British women from buying record numbers of over-the-counter brow kits. According to Grazia, sales in the UK are up by 60 percent. So does this mean you should trade your stiff upper lip for a stiff upper brow?
