We didn't either, but that is indeed Michelle Dockery, who, along with her Downton Abbey sisters, has scored one of Love magazine's Fall 2012 covers.
In an interview with Grazia, Love's editor Katie Grand says it took being bed-ridden to get her interested in the period soap. "I really wasn't interested in Downton Abbey at all, but around September last year Marc Jacobs kept saying I'd love it and that I had to watch it," she said. "So I tried watching the Christmas special and couldn't get into it. But then I was ill in January and started at the beginning and became addicted. I've now watched it three times over!"
The mag comes out on July 30. Until then, click through to see the covers, which were shot by Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott and feature Dockery, Jessica Brown Findlay (a.k.a. Lady Sybil), Laura Carmichael (Lady Edith), and Rob James-Collier (Thomas, the evil footman-turned-valet).
