This week, we take you to the Manhattan offices of Rebecca Minkoff. One of our favorite brands, Minkoff has a cult following for her girl-about-town outfits and her ubiquitous Morning After bag. But the team behind this uber-successful brand isn't just about nightlife style. Here's how they work it when they're working.

Rebecca Minkoff, Designer: My personal style is a mix of practical, edgy, Boho and glamorous. I like to wear clothes that have a twist or interesting details.

Style advice: Wear what you feel comfortable in and love but don't be afraid to every once in a while step out of your comfort zone and wear a bright color or something embellished that you might not usually wear. Have fun with your clothes and style!

Rebecca is wearing Rebecca Minkoff pants, a Club Monaco top, Rebecca Minkoff shoes, a Rebecca Minkoff necklace, an Hermes watch, Made Her Think rings, and Eddie Borgo bracelets.

Erin Creamer, Sales Manager: My style is classic and simple, with a focus on great accessories.

Style advice: When getting dressed, I pick out the one fun thing I want to wear and then I build my outfit around it. I don’t like to look overdone and feel that less is always more!

Erin is wearing a Rebecca Minkoff black leather peplum top, Paige denim skinny capris, Ashley Pittman bangle bracelets, and Rebecca Minkoff turquoise suede pumps.

Casey Whalen, RTW Account Executive: My style is made up of a little bit of everything.

Style advice: Wear what you feel most confident in. Even a white tank and jeans look amazing it you feel like a millon bucks!

Casey is wearing a Rebecca Minkoff Becky jacket, Cloth and Stone tank, Greylin shorts, Rebecca Minkoff, and Rebecca Minkoff Drew Cage bootie.

Brie Katz Waldman, Senior Public Relations Director: I aim for my style to be chic, not trendy, and comfortable—except for my sky high heels.

Style advice: Ask yourself "Would my mom and sister approve of this?" That's what I do!

Brie is wearing a Rebecca Minkoff skirt, Theory top, Giuseppe Zanotti shoes, Made Her Think earrings, bracelets by Carolina Bucci and Cartier, and custom rings from her husband.

Jody Ung, Design Director, Accessories: My style is California casual mixed with a teeny bit of edge and a touch of ethnic.

Style advice: Simplicity = chic. Great shoes can make or break your outfit. And the best style is being comfortable in your own skin.

Jody is wearing a Rebecca Minkoff jacket, Rebecca Minkoff shoes, Et Vous jumper, and Genevieve Jones safety pin earrings.
