Bobbi Brown's '50 Shades of Grey' Makeup Collection Actually Only Has Like 6 Shades of Grey

Have you heard? 50 Shades of Grey is this year's huge publishing success story. And now it's becoming a full-on brand. The series has inspired a playlist, a fashion campaign, a forthcoming movie, and now a makeup line from Bobbi Brown herself. The collection isn't an official tie-in with the books, but the tagline is "When did grey get so naughty?" So, you know, we get where she's going here.

The Brown-on-Grey collection is all about the eye makeup, featuring matte, metallic, and cream eye shadows, plus a gel eyeliner. But if you were looking for all 50 shades, you came to the wrong place. There are about six shades of shadows, from pure white to metallic gray. (Er, grey.) Also, none of the colors are called "Anastasia's Steele," which is a total missed punning opportunity.
